"This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round...

Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. "The best B&B we ever stayed at, Ricardo and Sara were such welcoming hosts to us, super friendly, amazing Organic food, different selection every morning, we ended up doing a private bird watching tour with Ricardo who is a professional nature guide, we got to see the flamingos and other species of birds with a detailed explanation of each new bird we saw, we had such a pleasant experience, also in the heart of the city by the water. "Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"

"We had a wonderful time with the family and the apartment was clean and tidy and everything was available in it even though our apartment was in the back but it had 2 balconies and the place was more than wonderful it was in the middle close to the sea and there is a street 2 minutes away and there are activities and a bazaar and parties and it is only 2 minutes away from the apartment I thank you for everything and the owners or the staff were very friendly and did not interfere in anything"
